Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Passive components such as resistors, diodes, capacitors, ICs, switches, transistors, MOSFETs, etc., cannot be refunded or returned.

 

Non-returnable Items

  • Discounted items, custom orders, and gift cards.
  • Products that have been tampered with, damaged, or improperly handled after delivery.

 

Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
  • Video evidence of defective or malfunctioning products must be submitted for review.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or wrong.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

 

Exchanges

  • Items that are defective or damaged can be exchanged for the same product. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

 

Shipping Errors

  • If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.
