We are direct importers and wholesale dealers, offering special discounts for students, colleges, and universities. By accessing and using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the website, including customers, browsers, and merchants.
2. Product Availability and Pricing
All products listed on eleberric are subject to availability. We strive to ensure that our product descriptions and prices are accurate; however, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department.
- Pricing: Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Any discounts, including those for students and educational institutions, are applied at order confirmation process.
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, and cash on delivery. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed if the payment option is a bank transfer method.
The payment option must be selected upon checkout appropriately.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer island-wide delivery via SL speed post (Government postal service) and other third-party courier services. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe; however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party delivery services. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and size of the order. All delivery details, including tracking information, will be provided once the order is dispatched. Customers are responsible for any additional charges made by the third-party delivery services.
Additionally, we can arrange direct pickup at our store (Mattakkuliya, Colombo 15), and delivery via PickMe Flash upon request. Customers are fully responsible for the transport charges made by the PickMe Flash.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Custom or special order items are not eligible for return.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Warranty
All products sold by eleberric come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and are detailed in the product description. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of any product purchased from us. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products are suitable for their specific needs and to follow all safety guidelines provided by the manufacturer. Please feel free to contact us if you have any issues with a product under warranty, and we will assist in resolving the matter.

eleberric offers special discounts for students, colleges, and universities. To qualify, you may be required to provide proof of eligibility such as a student ID or institutional affiliation. Discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified. Discounts are subject to availability and may not be combined with other offers or promotions.
